Thank you for your review. I can confirm the reason we do not pre-drill these products is because they can be installed on many different types of surfaces (Concrete, Wood, Gratings and many more) and each surface would determine where the screw holes need to be. This way customers can ensure the screw holes are in the correct place for their installation. Thank you again and if there is anything else we can help please let us know!
